Chiselled: NBA forward Blake Griffin showed off his impressive physique yesterday as he strutted around Miami Beach in neon green swim trunks
Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin works hard to maintain his chiselled physique and he's not afraid to show it off.
The NBA Rookie of the Year was spotted strutting around Miami Beach yesterday wearing a pair of neon green swim trunks and it was clear he doesn't cut corners when it's time to hit the gym.
Blake is taking a brief holiday during the NBA lockout after players and club owners failed to agree on a pay deal.

The star player has been enjoying his time in South Florida and even tweeted: 'Miami... Good to see you again. What's going on?'
The 22-year-old Oklahoma native is considered the NBA's next big star.
The Clippers high flyer made history in February as he leaped over a car to throw a two-handed dunk during a promotional event.

He caught a pass out of the car's sunroof from a team mate and easily cleared the hood - to the accompaniment of a gospel choir singing R Kelly's 'I Believe I Can Fly.'
The astonishing move won him the slam dunk contest during the NBA's All-Star Weekend.
It also showcased why many believe he has the raw athleticism and showman ability to become the new face of the league.
Griffin, who grew up watching every dunk contest on videotape with his brother, said the car dunk was his idea from the start.

'When (the officials) first came to me ... they said there were no rules,' Griffin admitted.
'I was like, "So I can jump over a car? Yeah? Oh, maybe I have to do it now." I figured I could probably clear it, and Baron came up with the choir.'
The move could have petrified the Clippers since Griffin - the top pick in the 2009 NBA draft - broke his kneecap in a pre-season game in 2009 and missed all of the last season.
'I could have clipped my foot, I guess,' Griffin said.
'That's what I was afraid of - just clip my foot on the side and smash my face into the car. Fortunately, it worked out.'
